Percentile and decile bands are read directly from the published percentile band table. The curve is a normal approximation of the breed distribution (mean = breed average), with decile boundaries placed at their published values, so the spacing reflects the real spread. A benchmarking aid only, confirm figures against the current evaluation before making selection decisions.
